San Carlos is a 16 ha farm owned by the same producers of Villa Estla and San Ignacio. These three farms are historic farms located amongst the ruins, tiendas and resturants of La Antigua, Guatemala. Carlos Durán was the founder of these farms in 1850 and they are now owed by Ana Maria and Estela Durán. These farm have been managed by Jorge Alberto Zamora for over 50 yrs.
